What if reincarnation is a redistribution of atoms.  This could be a conservation of matter: when we die, the atoms continue to exist and reform in other matter.  Maybe that explains so many philosophies and religions that use reincarnation as a part of their general philosophy.  Maybe that explains some instances of deja vu…  This also could help explain our connection with certain non-human things, like the earth, the sun, etc.  Early explanations for this feeling of connection, which couldn’t be explained needed to be justified through some sort of mystical (mythological) reason – reincarnation.  When in fact, the feelings of reincarnation stem from our reincarnation from atoms that existed in other states and forms.  If true, makes one wonder about atoms and the properties that contain atoms.  Maybe they hold the true secrets to the universe – the building blocks (bricks) to the universe.
